We are excited to announce that we will host the Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program again in fall 2024. This program brings approximately 23 teacher-scholars from various countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia to UW-Madison for a 6-week program. The focus is media literacy and the program includes a variety of lectures related to education, as well as field experience in local high schools. Outside the classroom, this group will explore all that the Madison area — and beyond — has to offer!
The presence of the Fulbright participants enriches the UW-Madison campus learning community, and we are incredibly honored to host such talented and passionate scholars here. Thank you, Fulbright!
The Global Engagement Office hosts programming specifically for students in the School of Education. We also encourage you to engage in international programming campus-wide. You can find opportunities to do this through the many programs and events offered by the Global Engagement Team of International Student Services. Get involved!
